Thank you for choosing GSLX Studios LLC. We strive to deliver exceptional physical products, custom assets, and digital services. Please review our policy governing cancellations, returns, and contract resolution below.
1. Digital Content & Custom Contract Deliverables
Digital Assets & Media
Due to the downloadable and irreversible nature of digital files (including stock video, audio, digital templates, and software assets), all digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Custom Work & Work-Produced-Under-Contract
Custom creative projects, videography deliverables, production contracts, and bespoke media created to client specifications are non-refundable upon final approval or completion of agreed project milestones.
Third-Party & Judicial Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises regarding custom digital content, media assets, or deliverables created under a contract, and the parties cannot reach a mutual agreement:
The dispute will be submitted for third-party review or legal adjudication (such as binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction).
GSLX Studios LLC and the Client agree to abide by the decision of the neutral third-party reviewer or court to ensure a fair, balanced, and equitable outcome for all involved parties.
2. Physical Goods & Standard Products
Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order for physical goods within 30 days without giving any reason.
The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the physical goods (or on which a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the product).
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent via email to: hello@gslxstudios.com.
Conditions for Returning Physical Goods
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
The goods are in their original, undamaged packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made, personalized, or built-to-order goods (including tailored media hardware setups or custom graphics packages).
Goods which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or have expired.
Goods unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Items that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
GSLX Studios LLC reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
3. Returning Physical Goods
You are responsible for paying the costs and bearing the risks of returning physical goods to us. Please send returned items to:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Refunds will not be issued without physical receipt of the goods or verified proof of delivered return.
4. Reimbursement & Refunds
Once approved, we will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or confirm eligibility. We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
5. Gifts
Marked as a Gift: If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received and inspected.
Not Marked as a Gift: If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, any eligible refund will be issued directly to the original purchaser.
